Hello everyone,
As some of you might know, I'm an Advisory Director for the Endangered Planet Foundation www.endangeredplanet.net
I wanted to contact you to see if you'd be interested in participating in the One Earth/One Dream www.endangeredplanet.net/media...D5.pdf symposium in October- Laguna Beach. This is in conjunction with the Pageant of the Masters www.foapom.com/site/calendar.asp , United Nations, UNESCO, Art Miles Mural Project, Habitat for Humanity and other local players. The Pageant of the Master's is quite famous, has had international publicity and pulls in big crowds. We (Endangered PLanet Foundation) are teaming up with this event to bring you an extraordinary line-up of speakers for the symposium and exhibits in sustainable design and permaculture.
I will be representing FoldedHomes (www.foldedhomes.com) with the new TekYurts (shelters used for disaster relief and refugees- would also be great for Burning Man!). I need a partner in solar technology who could exhibit a few panels that could be placed on the yurt and perhaps show an affordable energy solution for an integrated package. I would also like to showcase some plants (autopods), and grow systems with LED's- as well as have a permaculture display. If you are interested in exhibiting, I have already paid for my spots, so all you would have to do is bring the goods.
There are opportunities for food sales are about to go happen- raw, organics...something to showcase quality food and the effect of that on the body...and EPF is looking for 3 foods companies to be the core of this (vegan or vegetarian)/
Please write back asap if you're interested OR if you would like to be an exhibitor (spaces are still available- ads and publicity have already started in the LA Times). If you have ?'s, feel free to call me as well.
